“This is to inform intending students of Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State that the school management have announced the 2023/2024 FUTIA Resumption date for her first and second semester. Students are expected to take note of this resumption date and resume school activities accordingly.”

The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State resumption date for both first and second semester as agreed by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and the school’s senate is Monday 24th of October 2023 and 15th May 2024 respectively. Hence, FUTIA Resumption date for her 2023/2024 academic session is October 24th 2023.
As communicated by FUTIA school management, all students are expected to resume school activities on the above date. Lectures starts a week after resumption and registration.
Students are also expected to get fully registered in their department and faculty before resuming lectures.
