UBTH College of Nursing Admission Form 2023/2024
Eligible candidates for admission into UBTH College of Nursing for the Basic Nursing and Midwifery programme for the 2023/2024 academic session are hereby directed to pick the registration form now.
Application deadline
UBTH College of Nursing admission process commences from Monday 2nd October – Friday 20th October 2023. Between the hours of 8:30am-3:00pm daily except public holidays or weekends.
It is important to submit your application form before the specified deadline. Late applications will not be considered, so make sure to complete the process within the given timeframe.
Venue
Registration will ONLY take place at the school’s main campus.
Registration Fees:
- Indigenes: N 5,000.00
- Non-indigenes: N 7,000.00
- Processing fee – N8,000.00
- Nursing and Midwifery Committee – N500.00
- Customized file – N500.00

UBTH College of Nursing Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission in UBTH College of Nursing, you must meet certain requirements set by the school. These include educational qualifications and an age limit.

- Recent colour passport photographs
- Educational Certificate – FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO OR NABTEB
